Currently I've found Drupal - http://www.drupal.org - with this in the last few weeks I've built this site, the Herts Fixed Gear site, and The Huge Batsman. I've hosted them through Nethosted who are awesome and can be found here - http://www.nethosted.com - Drupal allows you to take their template, apply a theme and tweak the CSS of the theme and add and control modules that are appropriate to the site you're building, I have to admit I feel like a complete charlatan but hey.

Also I'm working on the branding for the charity side of the National Obesity Forum. A friend and collector of mine, Dr. David Haslam, Chairs the group and came to me for my creative imput, I'll post the results later in the week.
